Payment US Versions of our games are available for purchase in US Dollars. If you are paying by credit card, you will be taken to our secure pages in order to input your confidential information and credit card details. We accept most major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB. Purchases made for shipment within the State of Illinois incur State Sales Tax of 6.25%. We will be happy to phone you at our expense and take your credit card details by phone. We also accept payment by check, postal order or banker's drafts denominated in US Dollars and drawn a US bank. If you would like to purchase our products by check, postal order or banker's draft, please use the order form provided on the Buy Our Games page of this website. Delivery Products can be purchased for delivery within the Continental United States and to Alaska and Hawaii. Postage & Handling rates are as indicated on the Buy from Us page of this website. To purchase products in US dollars for delivery to all other locations, contact us via the contact us link. For deliveries within the Continental United States, we use either UPS or FedEx ground service. For deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii, we use the USPS Parcel Post. If you would like to receive your order by other means, please contact us via the contact us link. For orders paid for by credit/debit card, we aim to dispatch your order to you within 1 business day of the receipt of your order. Under normal circumstances, your order should reach you within 5 business days from the date of dispatch, except in the case of orders sent via USPS Parcel Post where the guidelines established by the USPS apply. If you would like to receive your order in a shorter time frame, please contact us via the contact us link. For orders paid for by check, we aim to dispatch your order within 1 business day of your payment clearing our bank account. Under normal conditions, your order should reach you within 5 business days of dispatch, except in the case of orders sent via USPS Parcel Post where the guidelines established by the USPS apply. In the event that there are problems regarding your delivery, we shall contact you as soon as possible. If, as a result, you are unhappy regarding the delay and wish to cancel your order, we shall immediately refund your money. All items are subject to availability at the time of placing your order. Cancellation, Refund and Replacement In addition to all your statutory rights as a consumer, HL Games USA Limited offers a straightforward refund and replacement policy. You have the right to return unopened games ordered from us within 7 calendar days of receipt thereof, and to receive from us a full refund for your ordered unopened games.
